To sam\u00e9 plat\u00ed pro lidi, kte\u0159\u00ed s cyklistikou za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed po del\u0161\u00ed pauze. Nejv\u00edc obvykle bol\u00ed h\u00fd\u017ed\u011b, ale ani ruce, z\u00e1da, krk a ruce nejsou v\u00fdjimkou. V\u011bt\u0161ina podobn\u00fdch bolest\u00ed se postupn\u011b vytrat\u00ed, jakmile se dostaneme zp\u011bt do formy \u010di jakmile si na\u0161e t\u011blo zvykne na fyzick\u00e9 cvi\u010den\u00ed a pozici na kole. Ta se n\u00e1m nevyhne ani tehdy, jezd\u00edme-li v aerodynamick\u00e9 pozici, abychom byli rychlej\u0161\u00ed.
