A pr\u00e1v\u011b spole\u010densk\u00fd aspekt je jedn\u00edm z d\u016fvod\u016f, pro\u010d jdou k\u00e1va a kolo tak dob\u0159e dohromady. Dal\u0161\u00edm d\u016fvodem je i historie tohoto sportu a jeho nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed legendy. Pokud v\u00e1m v\u0161ak nen\u00ed po chuti, ned\u011bl\u00e1 v\u00e1m dob\u0159e nebo po n\u00ed m\u00e1te probl\u00e9my se sp\u00e1nkem, tak na ni rad\u011bji zapome\u0148te. Nezapom\u00ednejme ale, \u017ee mezi lety 1984 a\u017e 2004 byl kofein Sv\u011btovou antidopingovou agenturou (WADA) zak\u00e1z\u00e1n, co\u017e n\u00e1s p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u00ed k dal\u0161\u00edmu d\u016fvodu &#8211; kofein ovliv\u0148uje a zlep\u0161uje celkovou v\u00fdkonnost jezdce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Jak\u00e9 v\u00fdhody k\u00e1va jezdc\u016fm p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed?\u00a0<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Stejn\u00e9 jako jak\u00e9mukoliv jin\u00e9mu sportovci \u010di pracovn\u00edkovi: sni\u017euje pocit \u00fanavy, zlep\u0161uje v\u00fddr\u017e a koncentraci. Poj\u010fme se na to ale pod\u00edvat trochu v\u00edc do hloubky:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/19077738\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">V tomto p\u0159ehledu<\/a>, kter\u00fd zkoumal v\u00fdsledky nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch studi\u00ed, je\u017e se zab\u00fdvaly \u00fa\u010dinky kofeinu na v\u00fdkonnost a v\u00fddr\u017e sportovc\u016f, dosp\u011bli v\u00fdzkumn\u00edci k n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edmu z\u00e1v\u011bru: \u201ckofein m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt pro sportovce \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdm ergogenn\u00edm prost\u0159edkem, pokud se konzumuje p\u0159ed \u010di b\u011bhem cvi\u010den\u00ed, a to v p\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00fdch d\u00e1vk\u00e1ch (3-6 mg na kilogram t\u011blesn\u00e9 v\u00e1hy). Ergogenn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinek b\u00fdv\u00e1 nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed, pokud p\u0159ed t\u00edm sportovec nejm\u00e9n\u011b 7 dn\u00ed abstinuje od kofeinu.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je tedy patrn\u00e9, \u017ee k\u00e1va zlep\u0161uje v\u00fdkon. Ot\u00e1zkou v\u0161ak je, jak moc? Dovolte n\u00e1m tedy citovat ze stejn\u00e9ho p\u0159ehledu: \u201cPr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 zlep\u0161en\u00ed v\u00fdkonu po po\u017eit\u00ed kofeinu bylo 3,2 a\u017e 4,3 %, nicm\u00e9n\u011b m\u00edra zlep\u0161en\u00ed se v jednotliv\u00fdch studi\u00edch zna\u010dn\u011b li\u0161ila (-0,3 a\u017e 17,3 %). Tyto dv\u011b studie (<a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/18467543\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">1<\/a> a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC8537367\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">2<\/a>) do\u0161ly ke stejn\u00e9mu z\u00e1v\u011bru: konzumace k\u00e1vy spole\u010dn\u011b se sacharidy zvy\u0161uje resynt\u00e9zu svalov\u00e9ho glykogenu b\u011bhem regenerace. Probl\u00e9mem je, \u017ee v obou studi\u00edch byla pod\u00e1v\u00e1na d\u00e1vka 8 mg\/kg (zhruba 4 dvojit\u00e1 espressa), p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e takto vysok\u00e1 d\u00e1vka m\u016f\u017ee negativn\u011b ovlivnit sp\u00e1nek, kter\u00fd je pro spr\u00e1vnou regeneraci nezbytn\u00fd. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee sportovci, kte\u0159\u00ed se t\u00e9to studie z\u00fa\u010dastnili, m\u011bli b\u00fdt n\u00e1sledn\u011b je\u0161t\u011b dot\u00e1z\u00e1ni, zda nem\u011bli probl\u00e9m se sp\u00e1nkem, proto\u017ee z takto vysok\u00fdch d\u00e1vek zcela jist\u011b n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed nespali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Kolik je pot\u0159eba vyp\u00edt k\u00e1vy pro zlep\u0161en\u00ed v\u00fdkonnosti?<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Podle v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9ho p\u0159ehledu se doporu\u010duje konzumovat p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 3-6 mg kofeinu na kilogram t\u011blesn\u00e9 hmotnosti. V\u011bt\u0161\u00ed d\u00e1vky u\u017e v\u00edce nezvy\u0161ovaly v\u00fdkonnost, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e d\u00e1vky men\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 3 mg\/kg se m\u00edjely \u00fa\u010dinkem. Pravdou v\u0161ak je, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00e9 t\u011blo reaguje jinak. Mno\u017estv\u00ed kofeinu v k\u00e1v\u011b z\u00e1vis\u00ed na druhu k\u00e1vov\u00e9ho zrna, stupni pra\u017een\u00ed, zp\u016fsobu p\u0159\u00edpravy i velikosti porce. Metabolismus kofeinu je z\u00e1visl\u00ed na n\u00e1vyc\u00edch v konzumaci k\u00e1vy, v\u011bku, druhu k\u00e1vy atd. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed cyklist\u00e9 c\u00edt\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky okam\u017eit\u011b, zat\u00edmco jin\u00ed (a\u0165 u\u017e kv\u016fli vy\u0161\u0161\u00edmu v\u011bku \u010di faktu, \u017ee jsou na k\u00e1vu zvykl\u00ed) mohou poc\u00edtit s\u00edlu kofeinu o n\u011bco pozd\u011bji. V krevn\u00edm \u0159e\u010di\u0161ti v\u0161ak kofein z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 n\u011bkolik hodin, i kdy\u017e se jeho \u00fa\u010dinek postupn\u011b sni\u017euje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proto spousta cyklist\u016f vol\u00ed energetick\u00e9 gely s kofeinem, kter\u00e9 si d\u00e1vaj\u00ed v ur\u010dit\u00e9m bod\u011b z\u00e1vodu \u010di tr\u00e9ninku, obvykle uprost\u0159ed nebo na konci, kdy se dostavuje \u00fanava. V t\u011bchto chv\u00edl\u00edch je \u00fa\u010dinek kofeinu znateln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, a to nejen proto, \u017ee je ho v gelech v\u00edc, ale rovn\u011b\u017e i z d\u016fvodu, \u017ee m\u00e1 rychlej\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1stup, zhruba okolo 15 a\u017e 30 minut po po\u017eit\u00ed.
