P\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b si n\u011bjak\u00e9 to extra oble\u010den\u00ed zabal\u00ed s sebou, kdyby ho cestou pot\u0159ebovali. Pravdou ale je, \u017ee kdy\u017e se nabal\u00edte, tak v\u00e1m to moc p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 nebude &#8211; sp\u00ed\u0161 naopak. Budete se v\u00edc potit, va\u0161e t\u011blo se nedok\u00e1\u017ee ochlazovat kv\u016fli nedostatku prody\u0161nosti, a vy nakonec skon\u010d\u00edte dehydrovan\u00ed a p\u0159eh\u0159\u00e1t\u00ed.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Nevhodn\u00e9 oble\u010den\u00ed a dopl\u0148ky<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>V hork\u00e9m po\u010das\u00ed by va\u0161e cyklistick\u00e9 vybaven\u00ed m\u011blo b\u00fdt omezen\u00e9 na minimum: lehk\u00fd dres s kr\u00e1tk\u00fdm \u010di dlouh\u00fdm ruk\u00e1vem, funk\u010dn\u00ed pr\u00e1dlo se s\u00ed\u0165ovinou, cyklistick\u00e9 kra\u0165asy a letn\u00ed cyklistick\u00e9 pono\u017eky. K tomu m\u016f\u017eete je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159idat n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed dopl\u0148ky: bezprst\u00e9 rukavice \u010di klasick\u00e9 letn\u00ed rukavice, lehkou cyklistickou vestu a letn\u00ed n\u00e1vleky na ruce pro p\u0159\u00edpad dlouh\u00e9ho horsk\u00e9ho sjezdu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vyh\u00fdbejte se: cyklistick\u00fdm kalhot\u00e1m, dres\u016fm ur\u010den\u00fdm do mezisez\u00f3nn\u00edho obdob\u00ed, zimn\u00edm bund\u00e1m, n\u00e1vlek\u016fm na nohy, funk\u010dn\u00edmu pr\u00e1dlu s dlouh\u00fdm ruk\u00e1vem, n\u00e1vlek\u016fm na boty, n\u00e1kr\u010dn\u00edku a podobn\u00fdm v\u011bcem. Asi nemus\u00edme dod\u00e1vat, \u017ee j\u00edzda naostro je v\u016fbec ten nejhor\u0161\u00ed mo\u017en\u00fd sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sundav\u00e1n\u00ed helmy<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nez\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na tom, jak moc v\u00e1m je horko &#8211; sund\u00e1n\u00ed cyklistick\u00e9 helmy je nejen extr\u00e9mn\u011b nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9, ale tak\u00e9 protiz\u00e1konn\u00e9. Tady nen\u00ed prostor pro \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 v\u00fdjimky, helmu byste m\u011bli m\u00edt na hlav\u011b v\u017edy. Pokud se \u0161kr\u00e1bete do kopce rychlost\u00ed 8 km\/h a pot\u0159ebujete se ochladit, tak si najd\u011bte st\u00edn nebo zastavte u n\u011bjak\u00e9ho pramene a teprve pak si helmu sundejte a trochu se zchla\u010fte. Helma zachra\u0148uje \u017eivot a chr\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ed slun\u00ed\u010dkem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pamatujte: V hork\u00e9m po\u010das\u00ed s\u00e1hn\u011bte po helm\u011b s po\u0159\u00e1dn\u00fdm odv\u011btr\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm, vyh\u00fdbejte se aerodynamick\u00fdm a \u010dasovk\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdm model\u016fm. Nav\u00edc si rovnou m\u016f\u017eete o\u0161plouchnout hlavu, krk, ruce a stehna a p\u0159\u00edjemn\u011b se tak osv\u011b\u017eit. Rozhodn\u011b byste se ale nem\u011bli \u00fapln\u011b zm\u00e1\u010det, nebo\u0165 vlhk\u00e9 oble\u010den\u00ed ztr\u00e1c\u00ed prody\u0161nost a neabsorbuje pot. Pokud je ov\u0161em vzduch hodn\u011b vlhk\u00fd, nem\u011bli byste to s vodou p\u0159eh\u00e1n\u011bt, proto\u017ee \u010d\u00edm vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed je vlhkost, t\u00edm h\u016f\u0159e se va\u0161e t\u011blo ochlazuje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Oprava kola na p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9m slunci<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b poruchy se poohl\u00e9dn\u011bte po stinn\u00e9m m\u00edste\u010dku d\u00e1l od silnice, kde byste sv\u00e9 kolo mohli opravit. Oprava p\u00edchl\u00e9 du\u0161e zabere kolem deseti minut, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt na p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9m slunci a bez sebemen\u0161\u00edho v\u00e1nku (kter\u00fd p\u0159i j\u00edzd\u011b vznik\u00e1 zcela p\u0159irozen\u011b) doslova horor pro va\u0161e t\u011blo, ale i o\u010di, kdy\u017e v\u00e1m do nich za\u010dne st\u00e9kat pot. P\u0159i j\u00edzd\u011b se kolo tolik neoh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1 (podobn\u011b jako va\u0161e t\u011blo), ale sta\u010d\u00ed ho nechat 15 a\u017e 20 minut v dosahu paprsk\u016f a bude doslova \u017ehnout. V\u011b\u0159te n\u00e1m, sed\u011bt na rozp\u00e1len\u00e9m sedle a sv\u00edrat hork\u00e1 \u0159\u00edd\u00edtka nen\u00ed nic, o co by \u010dlov\u011bk st\u00e1l. A to mluv\u00edme pouze o povrchov\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stech, co teprve \u0161kody pl\u00e1\u0161\u0165\u016f, lanek \u010di hnac\u00edho \u00fastroj\u00ed, kter\u00e9 nevid\u00edte ani nec\u00edt\u00edte. Pokud takhle budete nech\u00e1vat kolo pravideln\u011b, \u0161kody budou o to v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Roztekl\u00e1 \u010dokol\u00e1da<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I takov\u00e1 lahodn\u00e1 laskomina, jako je \u010dokol\u00e1da, se p\u0159i vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch teplot\u00e1ch m\u016f\u017ee st\u00e1t va\u0161\u00edm \u00fahlavn\u00edm nep\u0159\u00edtelem. Jakmile v\u00e1m na z\u00e1da za\u010dne sv\u00edtit slunce, tak se ve\u0161ker\u00e9 \u010dokol\u00e1dov\u00e9 pochutiny v kaps\u00e1ch rozte\u010dou d\u0159\u00edv, ne\u017e byste \u0159ekli \u0161vec. Pokud v\u00e1s napadaj\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed v\u011bci, nev\u00e1hejte se o n\u011b s n\u00e1mi pod\u011blit do koment\u00e1\u0159\u016f, abychom se v\u0161ichni vz\u00e1jemn\u011b pou\u010dili a t\u0159eba i trochu zasm\u00e1li. Po\u010d\u00edtejte s t\u00edm, \u017ee j\u00edzda na kole v hork\u00fdch letn\u00edch dnech m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt docela n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e1, z\u00e1rove\u0148 je to ale skv\u011bl\u00fd zp\u016fsob, jak si vychutnat slun\u00ed\u010dko a u\u017e\u00edt si trochu z\u00e1bavy.
