N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed lid\u00e9 dokonce v\u011b\u0159\u00ed, \u017ee jde pouze o marketingov\u00fd tah ze strany cyklistick\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu, tedy jak\u00e9si \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed neexistuj\u00edc\u00edho probl\u00e9mu, jako kdyby m\u011bl trh probl\u00e9m s prodejem kol, d\u00edl\u016f a p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161enstv\u00ed, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b jako kdyby star\u00e9 dobr\u00e9 r\u00e1fkov\u00e9 brzdy pot\u0159ebovaly nahradit. Postupem \u010dasu ovl\u00e1dly cyklistickou sc\u00e9nu a staly se b\u011b\u017enou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed v\u0161ech mo\u017en\u00fdch model\u016f kol v nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch discipl\u00edn\u00e1ch. To v\u0161ak neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee by r\u00e1fkov\u00e9 brzdy upadly v zapomn\u011bn\u00ed, ostatn\u011b st\u00e1le je\u0161t\u011b v silni\u010dn\u00ed cyklistice p\u0159eva\u017euj\u00ed. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b nov\u00e1 kola s r\u00e1fkov\u00fdmi brzdami a p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 n\u00e1hradn\u00ed d\u00edly se postupn\u011b budou sh\u00e1n\u011bt h\u016f\u0159 a h\u016f\u0159. Vyplat\u00ed se ale pou\u017e\u00edvat kotou\u010dov\u00e9 brzdy v silni\u010dn\u00ed cyklistice? Jak\u00e9 jsou jejich v\u00fdhody a nev\u00fdhody v porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s t\u011bmi kotou\u010dov\u00fdmi? Jde v\u00e1\u017en\u011b o n\u011bjak\u00e9 spiknut\u00ed, nebo jsou jen prostou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed v\u00fdvoje? Abychom na v\u0161echny tyto ot\u00e1zky mohly odpov\u011bd\u011bt, poj\u010fme se nejprve pod\u00edvat na hlavn\u00ed vlastnosti obou brzdn\u00fdch syst\u00e9m\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kotou\u010dov\u00e9 vs. r\u00e1fkov\u00e9 brzdy<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Brzdn\u00e1 s\u00edla.<\/strong> Kotou\u010dov\u00e9 brzdy maj\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed brzdnou s\u00edlu, co\u017e nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt nutn\u011b v\u00fdhoda. V ur\u010dit\u00fdch situac\u00edch, jako nap\u0159\u00edklad p\u0159i j\u00edzd\u011b z prudk\u00e9ho kopce, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt dobr\u00e9 pln\u011b zabrzdit jen lehk\u00fdm zm\u00e1\u010dknut\u00edm p\u00e1\u010dky. Av\u0161ak ud\u011bl\u00e1te-li to p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 zbrkle, m\u016f\u017eete si p\u0159ivodit o\u0161kliv\u00fd p\u00e1d. Je pak tedy mnohem snaz\u0161\u00ed dostat smyk nebo p\u0159elet\u011bt p\u0159es \u0159\u00edd\u00edtka, zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 pokud si na tento typ brzd teprve zvyk\u00e1te. Zastavit na m\u00edst\u011b, kdykoliv pot\u0159ebujete, v\u0161ak m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt i ku prosp\u011bchu bezpe\u010dnosti. To jist\u011b ocen\u00edte v moment\u011b, kdy m\u00e1te promrzl\u00e9 nebo znecitliv\u011bl\u00e9 ruce, ale budou za to r\u00e1dy i d\u011bti a lid\u00e9 s poran\u011bn\u00edm rukou \u010di posti\u017een\u00edm horn\u00edch kon\u010detin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>V\u00fdkon v mokr\u00e9m a bahnit\u00e9m ter\u00e9nu.<\/strong> Ka\u017ed\u00fd cyklista, kter\u00fd pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 r\u00e1fkov\u00e9 brzdy za de\u0161t\u011b, v\u00ed, \u017ee mus\u00ed p\u0159i sjezdu o\u010dek\u00e1vat brzdn\u00fd moment s p\u0159edstihem, aby zvl\u00e1dl vybrat zat\u00e1\u010dku bez smyku. Pro karbonov\u00e9 r\u00e1fky to pak plat\u00ed dvojn\u00e1sob. Tento styl brzd\u011bn\u00ed je v dan\u00fdch situac\u00edch m\u00e9n\u011b efektivn\u00ed, nebo\u0165 voda a \u0161p\u00edna na r\u00e1fc\u00edch zpomaluj\u00ed zastaven\u00ed kola. T\u00edm se prodlu\u017euje brzdn\u00e1 dr\u00e1ha, co\u017e negativn\u011b ovliv\u0148uje bezpe\u010dnost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na druhou stranu kotou\u010dov\u00e9 brzdy operuj\u00ed uprost\u0159ed kola, tak\u017ee je d\u00e9\u0161\u0165 ani bahno neovlivn\u00ed tolik, jako ty r\u00e1fkov\u00e9. Proto je tento brzdn\u00fd syst\u00e9m \u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a konzistentn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159i brzd\u011bn\u00ed v obt\u00ed\u017en\u00fdch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch, a\u010dkoliv n\u011bkomu m\u016f\u017ee l\u00e9zt na nervy hluk, kter\u00fd se z n\u011bj line.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Po\u0161kozen\u00ed r\u00e1fk\u016f.<\/strong> Jak u\u017e z n\u00e1zvu napov\u00edd\u00e1, r\u00e1fkov\u00e9 brzdy funguj\u00ed tak, \u017ee na r\u00e1fky kola tla\u010d\u00ed z boku dva brzdov\u00e9 \u0161palky. D\u00e1le je t\u0159eba vz\u00edt v \u00favahu fakt, \u017ee modulace je zna\u010dn\u011b z\u00e1visl\u00e1 na typu kola a brzdn\u00e9m syst\u00e9mu. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed cyklist\u00e9 nav\u00edc brzd\u00ed pozvolna, zat\u00edmco jin\u00ed pust\u00ed p\u00e1\u010dku najednou.
