M\u00e1me p\u0159itom pro v\u00e1s hned dv\u011b verze &#8211; pe\u010denou a nepe\u010denou &#8211; t\u00e9to vynikaj\u00edc\u00ed energetick\u00e9 ty\u010dinky, ob\u011b ze snadno dostupn\u00fdch ingredienc\u00ed. Budete pot\u0159ebovat pouze mix\u00e9r s n\u00e1stavcem na sek\u00e1n\u00ed nebo kuchy\u0148sk\u00e9ho robota, velkou m\u00edsu a pe\u010d\u00edc\u00ed plech o rozm\u011brech 25 cm x 18 cm.
