1. Purpose and applicable legislation

SIROKO SOLUTIONS, S.L. publishes this notice to ensure transparency for users regarding the use of Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) systems in the images and videos made available through the Siroko TV audiovisual content platform, in accordance with Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 of the European Parliament and of the Council of June 13, 2024, laying down harmonized rules on artificial intelligence (“AI Act”), whose transparency obligations apply from August 2, 2026, as well as the European Union’s Code of Practice on Transparency of AI-Generated Content.

2. Labeling of AI-generated or AI-manipulated audiovisual content

Not all content on Siroko TV has been generated or processed using AI. Images and videos whose generation, editing or manipulation involves AI systems in a way that may alter their content will be clearly, visibly and distinguishably labeled as such, no later than the user’s first exposure to the content, in accordance with Article 50 of the AI Act and based on the following two scenarios:

a) Content provided by third parties. The party making the content available is responsible for identifying and labeling it when AI has been used. If the content is not properly labeled, the platform may remove it or disable access to it, without prejudice to the notice and action mechanisms provided for in Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (DSA) and in the Terms and Conditions of Use.

b) Content provided by the platform itself. Such content will be identified and labeled by the platform personnel responsible for AI.

This obligation does not apply to purely assistive standard editing functions that do not substantially alter the content.

3. Identification and labeling mechanisms

SIROKO may implement automated or non-automated mechanisms within the platform to identify and label content generated or manipulated using AI. These mechanisms may be adapted over time to reflect technological developments and relevant industry codes of practice.
