Child Safety Standards Policy

This Child Safety Standards Policy applies to SirokoTV, operated by SIROKO, as listed on Google Play.
SirokoTV has a zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We strictly prohibit any content, behavior, communication, upload, sharing, solicitation, grooming, exploitation, or activity that depicts, promotes, facilitates, encourages, or attempts to enable CSAE, including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
1. Prohibited Content and Conduct
Users may not use SirokoTV to create, upload, post, send, share, store, request, promote, or distribute any content involving the sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, or endangerment of children.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
- Sexualized content involving minors
- Attempts to groom, coerce, exploit, extort, or solicit minors
- Requests for sexual images, videos, or conversations involving minors
- Content or behavior that facilitates trafficking, exploitation, or abuse of children
- Links, instructions, or coordination intended to access, share, or distribute CSAE or CSAM
2. Enforcement
If we identify content or behavior that violates this policy, we may take immediate action, including removing content, restricting access, suspending or terminating accounts, preserving relevant information where appropriate, and reporting incidents to relevant authorities or child safety organizations when required by law.
3. Reporting Child Safety Concerns

4. Review Process
SIROKO reviews child safety reports and takes appropriate action based on the severity and nature of the issue. We prioritize reports involving potential harm to children and may escalate urgent or credible reports to the appropriate authorities.
5. Cooperation with Authorities
We cooperate with law enforcement, regulators, and child safety organizations when required and appropriate. Where legally required, we may report apparent CSAE or CSAM to the relevant authorities.
