Finale ’68 (2018) is a documentary directed by Gabriele Canu Feelms that follows two brothers—avid mountain enthusiasts—as they retrace the pioneering climbing routes first established on the Pietra del Finale fifty years prior. Over the course of approximately one hour and six minutes, their adventure unfolds as a vertical journey across the wild landscapes: exploring mesas, scaling thirteen major climbing faces in the Finale Ligure area, and reconnecting with the legacy of those who opened the region’s climbing history.
