Grand Libre au Grand Cap follows Arnaud Petit and Stéphanie Bodet as they attempt to free-climb the thirteen-year-old route on Grand Capucin, a majestic 3,800-metre pinnacle of the Mont Blanc Massif. The climbers tackle extreme climbing sections complicated by altitude and adverse weather conditions.
