This film follows a group of ski mountaineers who, 45 years later, decide to retrace the path of the pioneers who explored the Alps and the Himalayas in the 1970s. The expedition seeks to reconnect with the spirit of those early adventures. Their goal is to reach an altitude of 8,000 meters and descend on skis via the French route established in 1975. The journey crosses remote regions near Afghanistan and the Baltoro area, close to the Chinese border. Throughout the expedition, memories of their predecessors guide the group in an experience centered on friendship, respect, and a deep love for the mountains.
