Paul Seixas’ decision that NO ONE understood… until now

At the Tour of the Alps, Paul Seixas surprised everyone with a move no one understood at the time. He had the victory in his hands, but chose to respect his teammate Nicolas Prodhomme, who had been chasing his first professional win for years. What seemed like an incomprehensible decision completely changed both of their stories. Prodhomme went on to have the best season of his career… and months later, he would be the one working for Seixas during his breakthrough. In 2026, Paul Seixas is no longer just a prospect: he’s a reality. Wins, podiums and dominance in some of the biggest races on the calendar like Itzulia or Strade Bianche. But it all started with that moment. A story of respect, teamwork and cycling at its purest. #PaulSeixas #Cycling #TourOfTheAlps #Prodhomme #FrenchCycling #CyclingLife #ProCycling #Itzulia #StradeBianche #Cycling2026
