‘The Pipedreams Project’ follows Curtis, Ryan, and Faroe as they kayak 900 km along British Columbia’s coast to raise awareness about the risks of Enbridge’s Northern Gateway Pipeline. The film highlights their interactions with local communities and the environmental assessment process. The journey exposes the political and environmental complexity of the Pacific Northwest and the kayakers’ awakening to issues of power, democracy, and conservation in one of the last truly wild places on Earth.
