Sibling rivalry is something universally understood. My younger brother, ever since he stopped being a kid, has had one clear goal: to dethrone his older brother 👑 And he wanted to do it through sports, because I’ve instilled in him the values of fitness and taught him everything he knows about training 😏 The challenge we were about to face is one of the toughest physical tests in the world 🥵 Less than 0.01% of the world’s population has completed an IRONMAN 70.3 — a grueling 113 km made up of swimming, cycling, and running 🏊🏻🚴🏻🏃🏻 Regardless of who crossed the finish line first, what really mattered was the support we’ve always given each other — even when facing challenges like this — because they help us become our best selves ❤️ I don’t do these competitions to prove anything. I don’t have great times, and these aren’t sports I’ve practiced all my life. The true purpose of these videos is to inspire you — to show that even if you’re not an expert at something, you can still push your limits and reach your goals 💪 And no, you don’t need to do an Ironman to be fit, take care of your health, or look and feel better ❌ You just need to start. Take that small step toward feeling better about yourself.
