Firstly the package took a bizarre period of almost 4 weeks to arrive, including almost a week sitting in Amsterdam? Secondly when it arrived it contained sunglasses not goggles. Thirdly, almost a week after asking for a returns number I still haven't had a response but had an automated email asking me to rate the product. A dreadful service!
