Returns and size exchanges

Welcome to the Siroko return process:

In order to process a return, you must be registered at siroko.com.

If you aren’t a registered user yet, you can sign up by clicking here. It takes less than 1 minute.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please make sure to use the same email address you provided during your purchase(s). You will get access to your order history to proceed with your return. It takes less than 4 clicks.

All returns for size exchange are FREE.

Size exhanges available for the following countries: Austria, Åland Islands, Belgium, Bulgaria, Switzerland, Cyprus, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Spain, ES-GC, ES-TF, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Guernsey, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Monaco, Montenegro, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, PT-20, PT-30, Romania, Sweden, Slovenia, Slovakia.

The process is simple and can be easily carried out from your user account.

How to prepare and send your return package:

Step 1

As a registered user, please log in at Siroko.com

Log in
Step 2

Your orders

Go to "Your orders" and select the order you want to return.

Step 3

Select product(s)

Click on the "Generate return label" button. Once it is ready, click on the "Download return label" button.

Step 4

Pack the item(s)

Please carefully insert the item(s) you wish to return in the return package.

Step 5

Download, print out and attach the return label to the package

If you are using the original package to return the item(s), please remove its original shipping label and attach the newly generated return label in its place.

Step 6

Take the package to the pick-up point

Take the return package to the nearest facility of the shipping company LISTED HERE

Return policy:

  • All returns other than size exchanges will be charged based on the country of shipment. See return conditions in your control panel.
  • If a product is received in damaged condition, Siroko will cover the return costs.
  • Please note that we do not handle returns for purchases made outside of our official website. In order to do so, please contact the store or retailer where the original purchase was made.
