Returns and size exchanges

Welcome to the Siroko return process:

In order to process a return, you must be registered at siroko.com.

If you aren’t a registered user yet, you can sign up by clicking here. It takes less than 1 minute.

Please make sure to use the same email address you provided during your purchase(s). You will get access to your order history to proceed with your return. It takes less than 4 clicks.

All returns for size exchange are FREE.

Size exhanges available for the following countries: Austria, Åland Islands, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Spain, ES-GC, ES-TF, Finland, France, Guernsey, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Monaco, Montenegro, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, PT-20, PT-30, Romania, Sweden, Slovenia, Svalbard & Jan Mayen, Slovakia.

The process is simple and can be easily carried out from your user account.

How to prepare and send your return package:

Log in

As a registered user, please log in at Siroko.com

My orders

Go to "My orders" and select the order you want to return.

Select product(s)

Click on the "Generate return label" button. Once it is ready, click on the "Download return label" button.

Pack the item(s)

Place the items you wish to return into the return parcel. If you are reusing the original parcel, please ensure you remove or cover the previous shipping label.

Download the label or show the QR code at the drop-off point

According to the transport company:

Return label: Download and print the label, then attach it on the outside of the package

QR Code: Show it at the drop-off point, no need to print anything.

Take the package to the pick-up point

Take the return package to the nearest facility of the shipping company LISTED HERE

Return policy:

  • All returns other than size exchanges will be charged based on the country of shipment. See return conditions in your control panel.
  • If a product is received in damaged condition, Siroko will cover the return costs.
  • Please note that we do not handle returns for purchases made outside of our official website. In order to do so, please contact the store or retailer where the original purchase was made.

Right of withdrawal:

  • If you need to exercise your right of withdrawal, you have 30 days from receipt of the order. Further information.
