TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Garments: 6 customized jerseys (either M2 or M3). Items from different gender sections may not be combined. All giveaway items must be selected exclusively from either the Men’s section or the Women’s section. Selection of multiple sizes is permitted. The winner may place an extended order and separately purchase additional units of the same customized garments. The total price of said order will include only the additional units purchased at the current applicable price. The giveaway units will not be included in the price calculation. E.g.: if the final order includes 25 jerseys in total, only 19 are to be charged. The total of 19 jerseys will correspond to the current price range for 11 to 21 units ordered, as specified in the pricing table.

Design: concept proposal with two modifications permitted, free of charge. In case of further modifications needed, the cost will be €30 per modification.

Use of logos and images

The customer must own and hold the rights to copy the logos and images used in the process.

Delivery time

90 to 120 days from the date the order is sent to manufacturing. Siroko Solutions S.L. provides estimated deadlines, which shall never be considered definitive, and shall inform the customer of any changes that may occur.

Copyrights

All designs presented to the CUSTOMERS are subject to Intellectual and Industrial Property rights, and are the exclusive property of Siroko Solutions S.L. Additionally, Siroko Solutions S.L. reserves the right to reproduce the designs for the purpose of promoting the Custom service. Therefore, should the CUSTOMER decide not to go ahead with the Siroko customization process, they shall refrain from using, reproducing, copying, distributing, advertising or engaging in any other form of public communication, processing or modification of the aforementioned design.

Limitation of Liability

Siroko Solutions S.L. cannot be held responsible for any errors in size or color selection made by the customer. Textile printing may exhibit slight color variations, and the printing process may result in minor differences in color appearance. These slight variations do not constitute grounds for any claims by the customer. Color variations may occur when garments are worn. Siroko Solutions S.L. cannot be held responsible for these differences.
