Use of Artificial Intelligence systems in the generation or editing of images adn videos on www.siroko.com

  1. Purpose and applicable legislation

SIROKO SOLUTIONS, S.L. publishes this notice to ensure transparency for users regarding the use of Artificial Intelligence ("AI") systems in images and videos on www.siroko.com, in accordance with Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 of the European Parliament and of the Council of June 13, 2024, laying down harmonized rules on artificial intelligence ("AI Act"), whose transparency obligations apply from August 2, 2026, as well as the European Union's Code of Practice on Transparency of AI-Generated Content.

  1. Labeling of AI-generated or AI-manipulated audiovisual content

Not all images and videos on www.siroko.com have been processed using AI. Images and videos whose generation, editing or manipulation involves AI systems in a way that may alter their content will be visibly identified and labeled by those responsible for the website, in a clear and distinguishable manner, no later than the user's first exposure to the content, in accordance with Article 50 of the AI Act. This obligation does not apply to purely assistive standard editing functions that do not substantially alter the content.

  1. Content provided by third parties

Where content supplied by third parties — in particular, by collaborators through social media — involves the use of AI, the person or entity making the content available is responsible for identifying and labeling it accordingly. SIROKO may require the relevant labeling and, where it is not provided, take such measures as may be appropriate.

  1. Identification and labeling mechanisms

SIROKO may implement automated or non-automated mechanisms on the website to identify and label content generated or manipulated using AI. These mechanisms may be adapted over time to reflect technological developments and relevant industry codes of practice.

  1. Accuracy of images and videos

Images and videos are provided for illustrative purposes. If there is any significant discrepancy between them and the product, the information contained in the product description and technical specifications will take precedence. Nothing in this clause limits the rights afforded to the user under Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16 on the Protection of Consumers and Users.
